Who is Caleb anyway?
Caleb is a Director of Web Development who still thinks like a builder. He spent years as a hands-on WordPress developer and cares about how things are built, not just that they get done.
He leads multiple teams, focused on execution, clarity, and actually getting work out the door. Most of what he does sits between people, process, and technology, especially fixing inefficiencies and building systems that scale without burning people out.
He leans practical. If something works in the real world and holds up under pressure, that matters more than “best practices.” He values ownership, clear communication, and teams that don’t need to be micromanaged.
He’s a husband and a dad of four, which shapes just about everything. He also writes fiction and essays that sit with uncomfortable truths, usually around morality and the gap between who people are and who they’re trying to be.
He doesn’t think life or work is supposed to be easy, but it should mean something.
